How Pay Works 💵

Base: $16.66/hr (always paid)
Bonuses: $5 per rebook + 5% of each client you bring (for 12 months)
Tips: 100% yours — no card fees
Tiered commission that grows as you do:

20% if you groom up to $350/day (about 2 small dogs or 1 large + a bath)
25% on $351–$500/day (about 5 small dogs)
30% once you pass $501+/day (6+ small dogs or 3 large dogs)

💡 Example: 5 small dogs ($95 each = $475) = 25% commission. Add base, tips (~$75), and rebooks → about $319/day or $53/hr.

What We’re Looking For 🐕

2+ years recent professional experience completing full grooms (not just bathing or prepping)
Completed grooming school/program/apprenticeship
Able to groom multiple breeds start-to-finish
Reliable, punctual, calm under pressure
Can lift 50 lbs and stand most of shift
Within a 30-minute commute (verified)
Willing to complete a paid test groom
