At many salons, one more dog gets squeezed into an already full schedule, a six-hour day turns into eight, and "just one more groom" becomes the norm.

At Four-Legged Fun Zone, we believe experienced groomers deserve realistic schedules, professional respect, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the dogs and families they serve.

We're adding a second professional groomer and looking for someone who wants to build a long-term clientele, maintain a consistent schedule, and become a trusted part of each dog's care team.

Compensation

We are adding a second groomer and actively building a clientele for this position.

To reduce the financial risk of starting somewhere new, we provide a guaranteed minimum salary of $3,000 per month during your first 90 days based on a consistent Wednesday-Friday schedule (30 hours per week).

Example Monthly Earnings During the First 90 Days:

$0-$7,999 in monthly grooming revenue → $3,000 guaranteed salary
$8,000-$9,999 in monthly grooming revenue → $4,000 earnings
$10,000-$11,999 in monthly grooming revenue → $5,000 earnings
$12,000+ in monthly grooming revenue → $6,000 earnings

The guaranteed salary is designed as a safety net, not a cap. If 50% commission becomes more advantageous during the first 90 days, we will transition to the commission structure sooner.

Beginning Day 91, compensation transitions to 50% commission.

Requirements

Minimum 24 months of professional grooming experience
Able to complete full grooms independently across a variety of breeds and coat types
Comfortable grooming large and giant dogs while using professional judgment regarding scheduling and safety
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Lives within approximately 30 minutes of Everett during weekday commute hours
Willing to commit to a consistent Wednesday-Friday schedule
