TAILored Pet Services LLC (TPS) is hiring a responsible cat sitter to provide in-home care while clients are away. Visits occur during 2-hour windows (typically 7–9 AM and 5–7 PM), and most clients require two visits per day.

Applicants must live and work within 15 minutes of McCollum Park (Everett, WA), as this is where most of our cat clients are located. They must also be willing to visit the same home twice a day—morning and evening—including weekends and holidays.

This role requires committing to structured morning and evening visits. If your lifestyle or job makes it difficult to leave the house twice a day—even briefly—this may not be the right fit.

About the Role:

Visit client homes once or twice daily (morning/evening)
Provide food, water, litter box cleaning, and companionship
Follow instructions precisely and stay within the visit window
Send photo updates and notes after each visit

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year (12 consecutive months) of hands-on cat care experience in a single role or position (such as cat sitting, shelter work, veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or farm). Experience must be continuous; combining multiple short-term roles to meet this requirement will not qualify
1 year minimum in a previous job (any industry) to demonstrate reliability
Live and work within 15 minutes of McCollum Park (600 128th St SE, Everett, WA)
Willing to drive to the same home twice daily
Available during peak travel periods (summer/holidays)
Commit to at least seven visits/month
18+ years old, valid license, insured vehicle, smartphone with internet
Pass background check

Pay & Perks:

$18.75 per 30-minute visit (75% of client fee)
Time-and-a-half on major holidays
Keep 100% of tips
