This full-time role blends solo dog walking (5hrs/day) with team-based daycare support (3 hrs/day on your feet)—plus about an hour of driving between appointments. It’s fast-paced, physical, and incredibly rewarding for someone who loves dogs and thrives in motion.

Must-Haves:

Worked independently in one role for 12+ consecutive months (e.g., delivery, retail, caregiving)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Comfortable driving in all weather

Calm, dependable, and confident around dogs
Live within 15 minutes of McCollum Park
18+ and committed to staying at least one year
