Do you find yourself being the person who pulls out their phone at just the right moment to save a memory for someone else?
Maybe you’re the friend who:
captures the look between two people in love — a moment they’ll cherish later,
films your niece or nephew building a sandcastle so their parent can feel like they were right there,
or records your best friend making a birthday wish — and you send it back to her a year later when it finally comes true.
You don’t record moments for attention. You record them because you feel the moment, and you want someone you care about to feel it too.
If that describes you, you already understand the heart behind this role.
⭐ Why Your Skill Matters to Families Choosing Pet Care
When someone looks for pet care, they’re not choosing between businesses — they’re choosing who they can trust with family.
And trust doesn’t start with words. It starts with what they see and feel.
Before a tour ever happens, your visuals help them sense:
“Does this place feel safe?”
“Does it feel warm?”
“Would my dog be comfortable here?”
A gentle greeting, a calm dog resting, two playmates sharing a moment — these visuals build trust long before someone walks through our door.
⭐ Why Your Skill Matters to Current Clients
Once a family joins us, your work becomes their window into their dog’s day.
Your photos and videos:
reassure a parent who worries
comfort someone who misses their dog at work
spark joy for someone whose dog is their world
help every client feel included and valued
Your visuals aren’t “content.” They’re emotional touchpoints that strengthen trust and deepen relationships.
And if you’re someone who appreciates structure, clarity, and consistency — you will thrive here.
Our brand tone is calm, warm, and grounded.
Our visuals are clean, honest, and real — never chaotic or overly produced.
We don’t chase trends.
We don’t perform.
We show the story simply and let authenticity speak for itself.
⭐ WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY LIKE
This is an active, on-your-feet role where you’ll split your day between:
Capturing simple photo and video moments (steady clips, clean shots, meaningful moments — not cinematic edits)
Supporting clients at check-in, pick-up, and by phone (warm, helpful communication)
Light admin tasks (organizing footage, writing short captions, uploading posts, keeping things tidy)
Helping maintain a calm, safe play environment (assisting with transitions, stepping into playrooms for clips, supporting wranglers as needed)
If you love staying busy, being helpful, and ending the day knowing you completed real work that matters to families — you’ll love this job.
⭐ Compensation
Effort and consistency are directly rewarded. Most team members earn the equivalent of $25–$28 per hour when they complete their simple daily benchmarks. Those with strong photo/video storytelling skills often earn at the higher end.
⭐ REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Experience capturing photo/video content for a business, organization, or brand
Ability to film steady, short real-time clips and complete simple same-day edits
