Dog Daycare Operations Coordinator
- Ready to trade in your business suit and high heels for jeans and tennis shoes?
 - Tired of office politics, negative vibes, or staring at a computer all day?

Look no further — Four-Legged Fun Zone is a breath of fresh air (with a good chance some fur will fly into it).
Here, your “coworkers” wag their tails, your clients actually smile, and your hard work shows up in every happy, tired dog that goes home at the end of the day.
We’re searching for a dependable, upbeat multitasker who loves structure, thrives on accountability, and enjoys a fast-paced environment full of wagging tails.
💛 Why You’ll Love Working Here
- You might find a baby tooth in the playroom and carefully bag it for a proud pet parent.
 - You’ll cheer when a shy dog who once hid behind you finally joins the group, tail wagging like crazy.
 - You’ll take photos that make people laugh—sometimes it’s a perfect shot, sometimes it’s a big, blurry nose because someone tried to lick your face.
 - You’ll end each day proudly wearing a new layer of dog hair—it’s basically our version of glitter.
 - Clients will tell you their dogs crashed as soon as they got home, and you’ll know you made their day.
 - You’ll help keep our connection strong with the Everett pet community by chatting with clients, sharing updates, and occasionally joining fun events that support local rescues.
 - Philanthropy and community are part of who we are. Whether it’s joining our November–December donation drive or simply spreading kindness to pets and people, there are many ways to help if you’d like to get involved — no pressure, just opportunities to give back together.
 - Bring your own dog to work — the best kind of “coworker” is one who wags their tail when they see you.
 - While most of the work is independent, everyone here shares the same goal: happy, tired, and safe dogs.
 - Predictable four-day schedule, paid sick leave after 90 days, performance bonuses, and discounted daycare or grooming for your own pets.

🐾 What You’ll Do
- Keep the day running smoothly from open to close — safety checks, organized playgroups, and calm, happy dogs.
 - Manage daily daycare operations: check-in, play-group flow, enrichment setup, and end-of-day reporting.
 - Lead tours for new families and help match dogs to the right services — daycare, grooming, or group training.
 - Follow up with new inquiries and recent tours to ensure no lead falls through the cracks — you’ll help families take the next step with confidence.
 - Track client progress through our onboarding process and make sure each pup’s first experience is five-star from start to finish.
 - Capture and post high-quality photos/videos that show each dog’s personality.
 - Write fun, engaging social media posts and occasional website updates to share our story, celebrate client pups, and highlight upcoming events.
 - Assist with light facility upkeep and organization — everyone helps keep the space clean, stocked, and ready for another great day.
 - Collaborate with the owner and team to make every day safe, structured, and fun for both dogs and humans.

🧩 Room to Grow
This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, loves a well-organized day, and naturally looks for ways to make systems run smoother. You’ll start by mastering the daily operations that keep our daycare running like clockwork.
Over time, if you enjoy mentoring others and want to take on more responsibility, there’s room to expand the role — but there’s also value in being the steady, dependable coordinator who makes everything work. Either path is a win here.
