This is NOT a front desk or receptionist role. It is a sales + follow-up role. 

You are responsible for converting inquiries into clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones—your follow-up, communication, and execution directly impact the growth of the business.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You don’t need pet care experience—we can teach that. What matters is your ability to work in a deadline-driven environment like the examples below:

• Restaurant/coffee shop pace: you’re in a rush—orders stacking up, people waiting, someone asking a question, dodging a spilled drink, and noticing a table needs clearing—all at the same time.
• Lifeguard awareness: you’re scanning a crowded beach, watching everything at once, and running to save the one person slipping under the surface before anyone else even realizes there’s a problem.

COMPENSATION

Effort and consistency are directly rewarded in this role.

The more consistently you follow up, stay organized, and execute, the more you earn. There is a clear connection between your performance and your pay.

Most team members earn the equivalent of $25–$30 per hour when they consistently meet simple daily benchmarks. Team members with strong judgment around photo and video capture — choosing moments that genuinely reassure and connect clients — often earn toward the higher end of that range.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fully on-site in Everett, WA; Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (hour lunch)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with constant movement and interruptions
• Confident, professional face-to-face communication—you can guide conversations, answer questions in real time, and create a strong first impression.
• High awareness and ownership—you don’t wait to be told; you catch and fix things immediately.
• Efficiency is rewarded—your speed, follow-through, and ability to get things done independently directly impact how much you earn.
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes (up to ~150 lbs)
• Strong computer skills required; experience with photo and video editing software is highly desirable (or the ability to learn quickly).
• At least one role lasting 12 consecutive months since 2023
• Able to pass a background check
