We are looking for the 'Maid of Honor' for Four-Legged Fun Zone. You aren't the owner (bride), but you act like one because you want this facility to have its best day, every single day. This is a hands-on role in an active dog care facility—safety, awareness, and constant movement are part of the day. If a dog is stressed, you notice. If a gate isn't latched properly, you fix it. You don't wait for a 'to-do' list because you are already two steps ahead, protecting the experience for our clients and their pets.

90% of this role is 'on-the-floor' coordination. Like a Maid of Honor during the reception, you aren't sitting at a table; you are moving, checking the 'vibe,' ensuring our safety protocols and checklists are followed exactly, every time, and making sure the 'Sanctuary' model is upheld. You are the engine that protects our 'Sanctuary' peace, allowing our groomers and daycare attendants to focus 100% on the dogs.

A Maid of Honor doesn’t sit down and scroll their phone while the event is happening. In our facility, 'nothing to do' isn't a reality. If the lobby is quiet, you are improving the space, prepping for the next arrival, or auditing our safety logs. You take pride in being the person who 'has it handled' before we even have to ask.

On the flip side, we insist that you leave work at work because you give 100% while you are here. We value a true work-life balance, which means you’ll be out the door on time at 4:00 PM to recharge, with no "after-hours" expectations.

The "Maid of Honor" Compensation Structure

Just as a Maid of Honor’s value isn't just in "showing up," but in the peace of mind she provides the Bride, we believe in rewarding the active guardianship of our facility. We don't just pay for your time; we invest in your follow-through.

  • The Foundation: This role starts with a competitive base hourly rate of $20/hr for showing up and executing the daily flow.
  • The "Ownership" Multiplier: We offer performance-based bonuses totaling $100+ per day for the “invisible work”—the flawless execution of our safety checklists, proactive facility improvements during lulls, and zero-reminder follow-through that keeps our model running the way it should.
  • The Result: Team members who operate with an "Owner Mindset" and consistently hit their marks earn the equivalent of $25–$30/hour.

The Logistics

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Everett, WA).
  • Stability: At least one role held for 12+ consecutive months since 2023.
  • Security: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
