Our lead stylist made $275+ in a 6-hour shift last Saturday and she did it without rushing or double-booking dogs.

At Four-Legged Fun Zone in Everett, we’ve moved away from the “assembly line” model. This is a private grooming setup where you can actually focus on your work.

Here’s what’s different:

No double-booking or stacked dogs
Reception handles phones — you just groom
You control pacing and schedule
Your grooming decisions are respected
Set hours — when you're done, you leave

Pay & structure:

Commission + 100% tips
Guaranteed base pay so slower weeks still work financially
Established client base (15+ years in business)
Additional 5% commission if you bring your own clients

Requirements:

At least 1 year of professional grooming experience (2+ preferred)
Able to complete full grooms independently
Comfortable grooming large and giant dogs (60–150 lbs)
Consistent work history (12+ months with one employer)
Must be within ~30 minutes of 6628 Evergreen Way at 8:00 AM
