Assistant Dog Daycare Handler
Have you completed at least 50 shifts in the past six months where you spent at least 4 continuous hours actively supervising or assisting with supervising an off-leash dog playgroup with 20 or more dogs?
If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Four-Legged Fun Zone is looking for experienced assistant handlers who have already built a strong foundation in dog daycare and are ready for the next step. If you understand canine body language, group dynamics, and safe playgroup management, we'll teach you how to safely supervise and lead your own off-leash playgroup of 10–15 dogs.
Why Experienced Assistant Handlers Choose Four-Legged Fun Zone
- Active Group Leadership: You're working with 10–15 dogs—not 30+—so you can actively lead the group instead of just surviving the shift.
- Locked-In Schedule & Paycheck: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. Reliable hours. No guessing and no last-minute schedule changes.
- Zero On-Call Stress: You're not being called in on your days off or dealing with work texts after hours. When you're off, you're off.
- Stable Groups: Dogs attend on consistent schedules and complete a structured introduction process before joining regular playgroups.
- A Real Place to Breathe: You have a dedicated space to step away from the noise and reset during your break.
