Here's how we run things.

Temperature your way → AC, fans, or heater as needed
Receptionist handles phones → you focus on grooming
You control your schedule → you decide groom lengths and pacing
Your professional judgment respected → what’s best for the dog comes first
Set hours → when your shift ends, you leave
Your personal time is yours → no after-hours calls or texts
Weekends free → time for friends, family, and life

Requirements

24+ months of professional dog grooming experience
At least 12 consecutive months with the same employer
Able to complete full grooms independently across a range of dog sizes
Comfortable grooming large and giant dogs independently (approximately 60–150 lbs) while using professional judgment to limit how many are scheduled per day
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand most of the shift
Lives within ~30 minutes of Everett during weekday commute hours (around 8:00 AM)
