This is not a passive or “hang out with dogs” job. It’s a responsibility-based overnight role.

🐾 What You’ll Do

Arrive around 8 PM and follow the dog’s routine
Feed meals on schedule (including time-sensitive medications)
Provide potty breaks and monitor behavior
Stay overnight in the home (8 PM – 8 AM)
Handle dogs who may wake during the night
Complete the morning routine before leaving

💰 Pay

1099 contractor
$120 per overnight
Flat-rate (not hourly)

🧠 Requirements

Prior overnight pet sitting experience in a client’s home
Reliable, insured vehicle (no Uber/Lyft)
Live within 15 minutes of Everett
Able to stay overnight without leaving
Available at least 1x/month and commit long-term

Role Expectations and Pay

(1) Our 12-hour overnight stay (8 PM – 8 AM) pays a flat commission rate of 75 % = $71.25 per night. This covers about 4 hours of active paid care and 8 hours of unpaid sleep time. Please confirm you understand and are comfortable with this pay structure:*

(2) Are you able to stay on-site the full 12 hours (8 PM – 8 AM) without leaving for any reason?*

(3) Many of our overnight dogs appreciate a mid-day potty break around 2 PM to stay comfortable until bedtime. This quick visit (paid separately) is optional, but it’s very helpful for certain clients. Would you be open to offering this short 10–15-minute visit when your schedule allows?*
