Do people join your projects simply because your enthusiasm is contagious?
That kind of energy is exactly what this role needs — it reassures our clients that their furry family members are in the best possible hands.
This is a people-facing role at a busy dog daycare and grooming facility, where communication, follow-through, and trust matter every day.
What We’re Looking For
Face-to-face and phone-based client communication and follow-through
Capturing meaningful moments through simple photo and video
Executing checklist-based tasks accurately in a fast-paced, noisy environment
How This Role Works
You’ll talk with clients throughout the day — in person and on the phone — answering questions, following up after tours, evaluations, or grooming visits, and helping families feel confident and cared for.
You’ll take quick photos or short videos during real moments (dogs arriving, settling in, interacting with staff) to help families feel connected to their dog’s day.
You’ll keep things from slipping through the cracks by tracking messages, notes, and loose ends without needing direction.
You’ll occasionally step into the daycare space as needed. This is a hands-on, team environment — not a desk-only role.
Requirements
Fully on-site in Everett, WA; Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Able to stay focused, accurate, and professional in a fast-paced, noisy environment with frequent interruptions
Comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes (up to ~150 lbs) and moving confidently through an active facility
Strong face-to-face and phone communication skills — clear, calm, and client-focused
Sharp visual eye where you can consistently capture clear, high-quality photos and short videos that go beyond a quick snap and accurately show a dog’s personality and experience in our care.
Comfortable using computers and systems to track notes, messages, and follow-through
At least one role lasting 12 consecutive months or longer since 2023
Able to pass a background check
Compensation
Effort and consistency are directly rewarded in this role.
